Interview excerpts on track 1 are taken from a cassette tape recording of the musician's cousin, Hayes Henderson, in conversation with their grandfather, Bernard Hannigan, in 1989.

All other sounds performed and recorded in March, 2021 in a cold, drafty, poorly kept up, and unaffordable apartment in Portland City.
